AnaChristina also co-leads Spitfire’s Editorial Team and manages our blog to showcase our work and partnerships.

Prior to joining Spitfire, AnaChristina served as a communications intern at Earthjustice, the nonprofit public interest environmental law organization. There she developed social media and blog content, designed graphics and conducted media research to drive change on pressing environmental and public health issues. Previously, AnaChristina worked as a social media intern at Conveners.org, a nonprofit social impact network focused on fostering collaboration, building capacity and advancing systems change.

AnaChristina is a proud Bay Area native and Nicaraguan American. She graduated from the University of San Francisco (USF) with a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies and an emphasis in public relations. AnaChristina’s education at USF, which is rooted in social justice and public service, sparked her interest in pursuing a career in public interest communications. In her free time, AnaChristina enjoys attending shows at local music venues and exploring the city’s parks.
