Heather is Spitfire’s resident creative problem-solver. She leads the operations team in ensuring Spitfires have the equipment, systems and platforms they need to thrive and do their best work delivering top-notch results to our clients. Her responsibilities include contracts, office systems, editing, vendor management and IT oversight while supporting Spitfire in building a culture of empathy and authenticity. Heather earned her master’s degree in international affairs from The George Washington University and has a Bachelor of Arts in history with a concentration in French from Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
