Melvin Davis III is an expert navigator across people processes and technical processes at Spitfire. As a vital member of the operations team, and supporting the chief innovation and chief experience officer, Melvin is a conduit for impactfully coordinating complex scheduling, events, vendor support, and project tasks, and he always pays it forward with an enthusiastic smile.
Before Spitfire, Melvin worked as an Office Administrator for Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, supporting the Oakland office’s Managing Partner in the white-collar and environmental law practices. His background also includes working as an HR generalist in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consulting industries.
An Oakland native and an avid Bay Area arts enthusiast, Melvin enjoys West African and Afro-Haitian dancing, musical theater, fiction writing groups, and in contrast, watching Hallmark movies while drinking tea from an oversized mug.
